If you want to lose
weight quickly you need to listen to some very
important things that I will share with you
today.
Tip #1 Drink lots of
water
Your body is
composed of 70-75% water. Water is used in every major
metabolic function of your body, including burning fat.
Without water your body cannot continue burning
fat and convert it into energy. Drinking lots of water
also flushes out toxins from your body. Add a twist of
lemon in your glass of water to add zests to your drinks.
Make it a habit to drink 8 glasses of water
everyday.
Tip #2 Increase your
meals
When I say
increase your meals, I did not mean to increase your
servings, rather increase the times you eat but have a
half-serving of the usual meal. Instead of eating 2-3 times
a day, eat 6 small meals everyday. You'll still gain the
same amount of calories as your usual meal(remember you eat
6 times but the serving is halved),but your metabolism is
jumpstarted. Your body is tricked to burn calories faster
because it can digest foods faster and more frequently. The
concept is so simple, that it really works. Remember,
simple works.
Tip #3 Don't Skip your
Breakfast
We live in a fast paced
world and we like to do everything almost instantly and
quickly. Because of this, we often miss breakfast because
we are on our way to work and we wanted to avoid traffic.
Skipping meals slows down your metabolism and triggers your
body's internal mechanism to crave for more "sweets" or
foods that give you "sugar-rush" but will only leave you
feeling hungry after the rush has gone.
Do this three tips and it's almost
guaranteed that you'll see results immediately.
