What you put in your body,your
diet,is what turns into fat. You eat more fats and
carbohydrates this in turn become stored fats if you eat more
than what your body needs. And foods don't burn the
same.
Simple
carbohydrates are stored faster into fats and these are the
foods that you would want to avoid immediately. White Rice,
White Bread and White sugar all have simple carbohydrates. The
Reason why I cant lose weight from the start was my main course
are always filled with this types of foods. Sodas and
Carbonated drinks are loaded with lots of Calories, they would
definitely add to your weight.
Fight Obesity with Diet
Your food and your diet plays a
crucial role in fighting obesity. How well you maintain and identify
your dietary habits will determine how you can lose
weight.
What I
learned when I cant lose weight was that, I could
still create meals that are healthy and delicious at the same
time. I could purchase foods that are organically grown and
create meals that are appetizing and not boring. For
example, instead of eating cakes and pastries for dessert, I
would open fruits that are freshly bought. Instead of
drinking sodas, I would drink fruit shakes.
One of
my favorite fruit shake recipes:
1 celery
stalk
1 apple, sliced(Don't peel, the
cover of the fruit is rich in Fiber)
1 whole carrot
Blend them in
an Osterizer and add some cold water and drink
immediately. This drink refreshes me immediately and is
great when starting the day!
Limit Carbs on your
Diet Not all carbohydrates
are the same, there are simple and complex carbohydrates.
Basically, go for the complex carbohydrates simply because it
will take longer to be converted into energy.
If it is
converted longer it will take longer to be stored as fat. Carbs
should not be totally eliminated from your body. When I
started, I learned why I cant lose weight effectively, I was
TOTALLY removing Carb in my diet and that was a big no-no
because I learned my body's metabolism has slowed to a
crawl.

effectively
Workout and Fitness
Program You can start
with brisk walking and as you become accustomed to exercise
and a fitness program you can start with jogging and
running.
I would
recommend going to a gym if you have time and resources because
it could help you be motivated if there are people supporting
you.
You could also
join online forums and discussion groups to get you going.
Visit our site often for updates on how you can lose fat in

Start with a
cardio workout and as you have been doing it for quite some
time you can start a more rigorous exercise.
15-30 minutes
Jogging in place or stretching (A must if your a beginner)
30mins-1 hours (Intense cardio workout - Jog outside,
Threadmill, etc.)
15 mins - warm up time.
Do these at least twice a
week with a balanced diet and you will see results in about 3
days immediately.
Important Dont's in Losing Weight
Avoid Too much and Too less. What you gained in 5
years,don't expect
to loose it in 5 days! That won't be possible and that
would be extremely dangerous. Your liver, and your body's
metabolism will be severly affected and you could risk
damaging your heart and health.
Don't use binders
Abdominal binders have been used
to superficially mask you fat around the belly. It will not
help and it could actually create blunt trauma injuries to your
internal organs like kidneys and intestines
Surgery is not needed
Surgery could definitely shape
you up fast, but it has its own risks and a great risk that is.
There are several options for surgical weight loss and I would
not recommend it because you are exposing yourself for a
greater problem. It does not also address the REAL problem in
weight loss. When I started I realized why I cant lose weight,
it was primarily because of my inner mindset. Keeping fit is
something that you should work and believe. It is really simple
if you believe and know what to do.
